Guests can enjoy CARVING STATIONS of HERB ROASTED WILLIE BIRD TURKEY with giblet gravy, SLOW ROASTED PRIME RIB with natural jus and PINEAPPLE ROASTED SMOKED HAM with honey mustard. The Premium Thanksgiving Buffet will also feature crab, smoked salmon, peel & eat shrimp, grilled salmon, housemade butternut squash ravioli, red wine braised short ribs with local forage wild mushrooms, candied yams, smoked brussels sprouts, herbed stuffing, blue lake beans, mashed potatoes, burnt and glazed carrots with bourbon and brown sugar, housemade cranberry sauce with orange zest and more!

The Premium Thanksgiving Buffet is $65 per Guest plus tax and gratuity and $23 for Children under 12.
